Main Chup Rahungi is a Pakistani serial that premiered in 2017 on TV One. The serial presents the dark side of marriage as it takes the viewers on the traumatic journey of Nausheen. The serial focuses on the life of Nausheen, a young, beautiful, and independent woman. However, her life came to a standstill after she married a man who mistreated her. Nausheen is the younger sister of Waqar; her brother married Mehjabeen, a money-centric woman. Mehjabeen wanted Nausheen to marry a rich and high-status man for their family's reputation. Nausheen marries a man who belongs to wealthy family and her life never looked the same. 

The story escalates when Asad (Mehjabeen's son) goes to a farmhouse with Faiza, his love interest. Nausheen, like a second mother to Asad, felt sacred living alone while it was raining heavily outside; she asked Asad to come home. Later, Nausheen learns about Asad's love interest and gets traumatizing flashbacks. On the other side, Faiza's mother sees Asad dropping her and tells her about her father's first marriage. Faiza was stunned to know about her dad's failure caused by a woman of bad character. Later, Faiza's father is praying to meet a woman named Nausheen.

Meanwhile, her mother recognizes Nausheen on their unexpected meeting at the restaurant. Will Nausheen be able to overcome her trauma? What happened between Nausheen and Faiza's father?
