Ayan Bhattacharya is a Re-Recording, Sound Design, SFX Recording, and Dubbing specialist. His hometown is Kolkata. He is married to Pallavi Ganguly Bhattacharya. He studied Chemistry at City College Amhert Street, Kolkata. He also went to Oriental Seminary and Seth Anandaram Jaipuria College, Kolkata. He did his Post-Graduation Diploma in Audiography, Sound Recording and Engineering at Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute from 2005-08. He worked at Sabda Kalpa Droom Comm. Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai as a Recording and Mixing Engineer and Sound Designer from July 2008 to June 2011. He also was a former Sound Engineer at Editfx Studios. He is Chief Audio Engineer at Eskay Movies and teaching faculty at Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute. He is known for his work as a Sound Designer in a Bengali movie, Sagardwipey Jawker Dhan.
