Timothy Busfield is an American actor who has also made several movies as a director in the later years of his career. He was born on 12th June 1957 in an Ingham country called Laching. His father was a drama professor due to which Timothy has always remain connected with theatre and drama. He studied drama during his graduation at East Lansing High School in 1975. He did his first theatre at the age of 18. Busfield has worked in theatres for many years, not only as an actor but also as a director.
Some of his popular works are The Green Mountain Guild Theatre for Children, A Christmas Carol, Cyrano de Bergerac, Park City Midnight, A Tale Told, The Holdup, Brighton Beach Memoirs, The Bark of Zorro the Musical, A Few Good Men, Hidden In This Picture, Talley’s Folly, Fool For Love, Private Wars, A Couple of White Chicks, The Agent, Criminal Hearts, Below The Belt, The Motor Trade, Vigil, Boomtown, Escanaba in Da Moonlight, and 24 hour plays, Minneapolis.
Talking about his film career, as an actor some of his popular works are Revenge of the Nerds, Thirty something, The Byrds of Paradise, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Designated Survivor, and For Life. As a director, his notable works are Thirty something, Damages, White Collar, No Ordinary Family, The Night Shift, Designated Survivor, and Dolly Parton's Heartstrings.
