Vikram Thapa

Vikram Thapa is an actor and journalist based in Toronto, Canada. He has worked in the Bollywood Film Industry in Mumbai. He went to Mount St. Mary’s School. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi, New Delhi. He started his career in the field in 2000 when he worked as the Chief Sub Editor at the India Today Group, where he managed an execution team of sub-editors and handled the publishing schedule for online and print editions.

Thereafter, he started working with CNN-IBN as the Senior Producer. In 2006, he joined the NDTV media group as an anchor and managed a team of dedicated entertainment reporters covering breaking news and feature programming. He also produced advertiser-funded programs like NDTV Greenathon with Toyota and NDTV Save Our Tigers Telethon for the Wildlife Conservation Trust powered by AIRCEL. In 2019, he worked as the Managing Editor and Head of Content for the Network18 Media & Investments Limited. Since 2021, he has been working as a Project Manager at Article-Writing. Co in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Since college days, Vikram had an interest in acting. He used to participate in theatres and musicals in Delhi. Both SRK and Vikram are from Delhi and have studied at St. Columbus, so Vikram knew SRK from his school days as his Senior. Moreover, the journalist’s colleague from NDTV also appreciated his acting in the movie and wished him the best of luck in his future endeavors.
