Vineet Pandey is a casting director in Indian cinema. He has been getting the right faces for the projects for a long time with such an ease. He started his career as the casting director in 2007-2008.

He worked with Akbar Khan Akbar Khan is the younger son of Feroz Khan and Sa >> Read More... 's production house. Akbar Khan was like a father figure to him. But, unfortunately, he had to move out of this production house because it had no work and it was important for him to expand his work as much as he could.

He hails from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and this was the place where he first dreamt of coming into business in the film industry. He had some relatives in Mumbai who had asked him to visit their home, he took it seriously and went there to no returns from Mumbai. He moved out of their house the next day and lived on the footpath for almost 13 days with no food.

On the fourteenth day, he reached a shooting set and asked them to make him work as a spot boy and then they hired him for the job. They gave him food to eat which he said was the most delicious food he had ever eaten as he was eating after a long time. Since then, he has gradually increased at every step and now is the industry's renowned casting director. He has cast in Parvarish, Madhubala, Left Right Left and a lot more.
