Girish Krishnan is a famous chef in various-star hotels and the Bollywood film industry. He is widely known as the executive chef of the popular five-star hotel-JW Marriott, Delhi Aerocity. He was born and raised in a South Indian family and has been interested in food and cooking since childhood. His experience of trying rotis instead of South Indian white rice inspired him to become a chef. So, Girish Krishnan got his degree in Hotel Management from IHM Jaipur and started working in one of the famous hotels, Maurya Sheraton. There, he opened Peshwari, which specialized in Indian food and became a hit among the customers.
Over the years, Girish Krishnan has worked in multiple hotels like Oberoi Hotels, ITC, JW Marriott, and many more. He has traveled all around the country and has worked in various star hotels as a chef, specializing in Indian cuisine. He is also an alumnus of ITC’s WelcomeGroup Management Institute and often attends the institute’s meetings. He also hosts various live cooking shows and tries out new recipes while touring the country.Â
