Manoshi started her career in Delhi and completed her schooling at Ramjas School. As a Bengali, she was fascinated with colors, which motivated her to follow the Design industry.

Thereafter, she designed many costumes for movies, some of which are Talaash, PK, Queen, Detective Byomkesh Bakshi, and many more. She was appreciated for the costumes of Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!, Shanghai, and Queen with a Filmfare award.
