Maheen Zia is a Hindi film director and editor from Pakistan. She has worked as an editor in a production house, documentaries, and short films. She is one of the founder members of the organizing board of Pakistan's young international film festival. She has also served as a jury for International Film Festivals.
She is a member of PAWS (Pakistan Animal Welfare Society). She is a winner of the India EU film Initiative. She also won the third prize for her documentary work ‘The Women of Lahore’ in international competitions. She won the Berlin Today Award for her short film Match Factor in 2008.
