Qasim Khallow

Qasim Khallow is an Indian director, writer and actor, born in Kalimpong, West Bengal. He studied at St. Augustine School, then moved to Kolkata to get a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from St. Xaviers’s College. He has a Master's degree in Cinema from the Asian Academy of Film and Television in Delhi, from where he travelled to Mumbai, to pursue his dreams of becoming a filmmaker. He started his career as an assistant director for SAB TV and then gradually made his way up towards working on the big screen. As his career took off, he worked with Yash Raj Films for eight years before deciding to independently make films.
