Sandeep Kumar Rana is an Indian screenwriter, novelist, lyricist, and film director who lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He predominantly worked for the Bollywood film industry. He has completed his schooling at the Navayug school, Sarojini Nagar. He did a bachelor of arts in English literature at Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, and has earned a certificate in film and video studies at Indira Gandhi National Open University. He has a postgraduate diploma in film and TV from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Delhi Kendra. He is known for his notable work in Auzaar, released in 2016; and San 84 Justice, released in 2021. He worked as a copywriter at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, Hisar, Haryana, India, and as a senior officer at the Times of India, in New Delhi, India, from 2019 to 2012.
