Vishal Kudale is a Film Director born on 27 May 1986 and resides in Pune, Maharashtra. He learnt Direction and Theatrical Production at Films and Television Jobs, Pune, from 2014-16. Vishal Kudale has also been the Chief Assistant Director at Flow Media Productions since June 2016 and worked with clients like Kirloskar and Tata Motors. He was a Teaching Faculty at Cinecraft Academy of Film and Television from June 2017 to November 2018. He has been the Director of Chitracompany Productions since January 2018. 

He has been a Visiting Faculty at Design Media and Edutainment School and a Faculty of Charlie Media Institute since January 2019. He has been a Film Direction, Acting, and Cinematography Faculty at Charlie Media Institute since February 2019 and a Film Direction, Photography, and Cinematography Faculty at FAME Filmmaking Institute since June 2018. He was a Film Direction, Scriptwriting, Cinematography, and Film Appreciation Faculty at Livewire Media Institute from July 2017 to February 2019. He conducted a seven-day filmmaking workshop for the faculty of Animation and VFX at VEDA College (Azam Campus).

He directed plays for the Purushottam Karandak- Inter College Competition 2015 and Kamalnayan Bajaj Institute of Technology Baramati 2016. He worked as a Chief Cultural Coordinator of Shrimant Shivajeraje English Medium School, Phaltan, and performed activities like street play, one-act play, and theme design of cultural programs. He is the Director and Writer of the National award-winning film Tak-Tak, produced by Chitracompany Productions.

Tak-Tak won many awards and recognitions, which include the 68th National Film Award, Special Jury Mention Award at the Pune International Film Festival, Best Male Artist Award at the Nigeria International Film Festival, Outstanding Achievement Award at the Tagore International Film Festival, Family/Children's Film at the Virgin Spring Cinefest and the White Unicorn International Film Festival.

Tak-Tak was the official Maharashtra Government selected film to screen at the World Expo Dubai 2020. The film's lead role, played by Anish Mangesh Gosavi, received the Record title Grand Master in the Asia Book of Records and the Youngest to play the lead role in single character Marathi film title in the India Book of Records. This film received the Record title Single Character Marathi film selected in maximum film festivals in both the Asia Book of Records and the India Book of Records.
