Deepak Chaurasia is one of the leading journalists hosting several shows on news channels across India. He was born in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, in 1968 on 28 December. He has done a diploma in journalism and mass communication from New Delhi. He is the co-founder of Aaj Tak. In 2003, he joined DD News as a consulting editor. He joined Aaj Tak in 2004. Later joined Star News, presently known as the ABP News. In January 2013, he joined India News as the editor-in-chief. He later decided to leave India News in 2019 and join News Nation. He is married to Anasuya Roy. As a journalist, he has come across a few allegations and controversies but never gave up his work. He also claimed that he has been assaulted in the Shaheen Bagh CAA protest.
