Bidushi Handique was born and raised in a small town - Rupai Siding, Doom Dooma - District Tinsukia in Assam. She did her education till the 10th standard in her hometown and then shifted to Guwahati. In 1999 she joined the five-years combined law course at Symbiosis Society's Law College, Pune, where she attained her BSL LL. B degree in the year 2004, thereby evolving as the first lawyer in her family. In 2004, she began her career as a prosecution lawyer at the High Court of Bombay and several courts for over three years. She was performing reasonably well in prosecution.
She got a call from an adviser regarding an opening in a media corporation, and she agreed to attend the interview. Her journey in media and entertainment commenced there. During her term with media companies, she attained considerable susceptibility and knowledge in the all-around media and entertainment industry from financing, structuring, development, production, distribution, syndications, etc. She was lucky to be part of more than 200 films in several languages like Hindi, English, and Regional and extensive tickets with A+ skills and 100 crores club movies.
