Neelu Dogra is an Indian actress, trainer, and theater director who was born on September 9, 1976, in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India, and was raised in New Delhi. In 1993, she started her career in theater and acted in several plays, TV shows, web series, and other media. She has acted, directed, and taken workshops in Singapore, then after coming to Mumbai, got the opportunity to work with Balaji Telefilms and worked in the serials Daayan (2018), Bhagyalakshmi, Kasauti Zindagi Ki: Part 2 on Staples, and the film 2 Band Radio (2019). Additionally, she has worked with "The Timeliners" and "The Screen Patti" on several web sketches and web series.
She is married and blessed with one son and one daughter. She is not vegetarian. She knows several languages, including English, Hindi, Dogri, and Punjabi. For the film 2 Band Radio, she received the Best Supporting Actress award from the LIFFT India Film Festival in Lonavala.
