. Junglee, Sameer's previous film, was released in theatres in 2019. Sameer Uddin was born into a musical family. His mother is a classical singer, and his father is a theatre artist. Sameer started playing guitar in college and later joined the band Every Mother's Nightmare. Following that, Sameer started composing music for television ads.
His first project was the Duracell ad. He also worked in the Honda City ad. Sameer made his debut in Bollywood with the 2005 film Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena, in which he worked as a background soundtrack composer. After that, he composed background music for films like Pyaar Ke Side Effects (2006),
