Amit Saigal, popularly known as Papa Rock, was an Indian Rock Musician, impresario, and publisher. He started the first rock magazine in India, Rock Street Journal (RSJ), in 1993. He was its founder and editor and used it as a medium to promote rock music concerts, including the Great Indian Rock Festival (GIR). He was part of a classic rock band named Impact. He had more than 25 years of experience in the Music Industry of India, including the club and concert market. He had instrumental skills in organizing rock events like Pubrockfest, Jazz Utsav, Great Indian Rock Festival, and Rocktoberfest.
