Lalitya Munshaw

Lalitya Munshaw is an Indian singer who is known to be working predominantly in the Hindi film industry. She was born to a couple who held training in music and thus it gave Lalitya a boost for her musical talent. She belongs from the city of Ahmedabad in Gujarat. She completed her high schooling from Sheth C N Vidyalaya School in Ahmedabad.

She was a topper on Gujarat State Boards of her 12th board. Afterwards, she joined St. Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad. From here, she pursued her bachelors in English Literature and later also completed her Masters in the same.

She is also a trained classical singer. She gained the knowledge of classical music from Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal which is in Navi Mumbai. She is highly trained in the different form of musical genres like fusion, film songs, Ghazals, Sufi, Bhajans, and folk.

In the world of films, Lalitya first sang for the movie called Thamb Laxmi Thamb. The movie, Thamb Laxmi Thamb, was released in the year 2008. Mano To Pyar Hai was the next movie for which she lent her voice. For this movie, she sang the title track.

The song was released in the year 2014. In the year 2008, Lalitya launched her record label company called Red Ribbon Entertainment PVT. LTD. This record label specializes in promoting Indian music around the globe.
