Priya Ganapathy is an Indian writer and media consultant. With seventeen years of experience in diverse media – Print, TV/Video, Internet, Radio & Entertainment, Priya Ganapathy dons many hats as a writer, anchor, and versatile voice artiste. She is an independent travel writer. She has authored and contributed to travel books & guides (Michelin, Outlook Traveller, and Rough Guides). She writes regularly for various leading national & international publications. She also loves to collaborate with publications and travel, and tourism boards to create destination-related content that is inspiring & meaningful. Priya Ganapathy engaged as a feature writer & journalist at Indian Express & Time of India for five years (1993 – 1998). She then was a channel producer at Oyeindia.com for over a year (Nov 1999 – Mar 2001). After that, she worked as a content manager & On-Air Talent at RadioCity 91 FM for over two years (May 2001 – Mar 2004). Later on, Priya Ganapathy was an anchor, script-writer & voice-over artist at Real Estate TV (Alliance Group) for eleven months (Jul 2008 – May 2009). From Dec 2008 to Jun 2009, she worked as a creative consultant & Oni-Air Talent at Radio Indigo 91.9FM. She was also featured as a consultant editor & travel writer for Stark World Publishing (Guide books on Kerala, Bangalore- Karnataka, Coorg, etc) and show host for many corporate &cultural events.

She was a radio jockey hosting music shows such as The Retro Show on RadioCity, The Late Show, and Playback on Radio Indigo. Priya Ganapathy has also appeared in the National Award-winning English language film "Stumble." She scripted the documentary movie "Rockumentary, which earned two International Golden Aster Awards, besides four movies for Andaman Tourism. Priya Ganapathy was adjudged among Bangalore's top thirty-two woman achievers. She engaged as a guest speaker on Radio Journalism, Women's Activism, and Learning environments for children with special & multiple learning disabilities.
