The full name of Bhagyalakshmi is Bhagyalakshmi Janardhanan. She is a classical dancer. She hails from Kasaragod district in Kerala. Her father is P.K. Janardhanan and he is a retired BSNL officer. Her mother is Bindu and she is a homemaker. Bhagyalakshmi has a brother named P.A.Bharat. Bhagyalakshmi is pursuing graduation from Cochin University of Science and Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Bhagyalakshmi started her dance training when she was 4 years old.
Her Gurus are Harshan Sebastian and Vineeth Mangalaserry. She learned folk dance from Sir Manoj and performed folk dance as well as Bharatnatyam in several youth festivals. She also participated in State Cultural Meet and a reality show named Super Dancer Junior 4 aired on Amrita TV. She was in 5th grade when she participated in SDJ Season 4; she was a finalist in show. She also secured A-grade in state level youth festival for folk dance.
