Shafeeq Rahman is an Indian actor born in Kalamassery, Kerala. He has primarily worked in Malayalam films and is known for his versatility in portraying various characters across many genres, such as drama, thriller, action, comedy, or romance. Rahman's debut film was "Korattypattanam Railway Gate" where he played the villain. He later rose to fame after playing the antagonist in the 2015 film Amar Akbar Anthony. The movie was a huge commercial success and Rahman was flooded with movie offers, solidifying his place in the Malayalam film industry.
Apart from Amar Akbar Anthony, some of his other notable works are The Creator (2021), 369 (2018), and Welcome To Central Jail (2016). He has proven his range in various genres of cinema and continues to impress audiences with his performances.
