PV Preetha

P.V. Preetha is an Indian playback singer and anchor who predominantly works in the Mollywood industry. She was born in Thiruvanthapuram, Kerala to K Venugopalan Nair and Parvathy. She did her schooling till seventh grade at Nirmala Bhavan. It was from here that she recognized her passion and talent for music. Afterward, she attended many cultural programmes that gave her confidence in her talent. She pursued her high school education at Cotton Hill School. Mrs. Saraswathi, the music teacher of the school, gave her an opportunity for a concert on a formal stage with Christopher. She got her graduation from "All Saints College", where she participated in different music festivals. Preetha learned her first letters of music from Nattuvam Paramashivam and was also trained by Perumbavoor G. Ravindranath in classical music.
