Sreenath Nair

Sreenath Nair is an Indian playback artist, lyricist, and actor. His parents are C. Sivasankaran and Mini. He was born and brought up in Palakkad, Kerala. He has a sister Akhila. His dad is a retired teacher, and Mother Mini is a homemaker.

He lives in Kochi. He finished his BBA from V.V College Kanjikode and MBA from Sngims Coimbatore and won numerous prizes in the school-level music competitions. He is doing music albums and short films. He won 'Gandharva Sangeetha Janapriya Nayakan' in 2007.

Sreenath was born on 6th October 1990. He is an MBA graduate. Sreenath rose to fame after participating in Idea Star Singer. He was the runner-up in the show in 2010. After he participated in the singing reality show, Sreenath was not seen much in the movies. But, he had been touring various countries and presented many stage shows. Sreenath’s favorite music instruments are Guitar and Chenda. After composing a few tunes and receiving appreciation from the Megastar, Sreenath got the opportunity to compose music.

Besides singing and composing for movies, he has composed and crooned in independent music albums too. In 2021, Sreenath’s Uyir, an independent album song for Mother’s Day, received huge appreciation from the audience. Subish Guinness directed the video, and it got released on YouTube.
