Nirmal Benny is an actor, comedian and anchor working in the Mollywood film industry. Nirmal started his career as a comedian, he appeared in many viral YouTube videos and even did some stage performances. He also did a few stand-up comedy shows. In 2014, he made his debut as an actor in John Paul Vaathil Thurakkunnu. Directed by Chandrahasan, this is a mystery thriller film about a village boy, who gets out to set things right after getting involved in a conspiracy filled with web of lies. His next, Dooram, released in the same year, an action packed film in which Nirmal played the comic relief character. The film was about a guy, who is on the flight from Bangkok to Kerala, where he meets a beautiful girl who reminds him of his past love.
