Praveen Parameswar is Organization Development (OD) Strategist, researcher, and Television host. He is also the CEO of the company named Thoughts Academy, a company rapidly growing in the field of Organization Development.
Apart from that, he is also a consultant in higher education planning across India and abroad. Praveen graduated from the University of Kerala in Law and Post graduated in International Business Law from ICFAI, Hyderabad.
He further went abroad and studied Strategic Management from the London School of Economics. He won the Sir Julian Hodge Prize from the Julian Hodge Bank in the United Kingdom for his brilliant performance in the field of human resource management. He has given lectures across India and was a panelist for several national television channels. 'Samvadam' a socio-political talk show on Doordarshan, Kerala is currently hosted by him.
