Reema Amarapurkar is an Indian producer and assistant director who works mainly in the Hindi film industry. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of Mumbai in 2001, and her Master’s degree in Jobs for Politics and Economics in 2003. She has been a research assistant at the Population Research Centre of Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, from 2003 to 2004 and she was the owner of Samvedana Film Foundation, Mumbai, Maharashtra, since 2006.
