Sanchita Luitel is a Nepalese Actor from Nepal. She lives in Kathmandu, Nepal. She was born on the 2nd of May, 1983. She was married to Aakash Shah, whom she met on the set of Bhanni Sakina. They divorced, and later, She married Nikhel Upreti and has two children. She has a Master’s Degree in Arts, and her first movie was in 2000, where she debuted in Apsara (2000).
Later on, she went on to appear in films like Muna Madan (2003), Himalayan Kingdom of Nepal (2007), Maya To Maya Ho (2009), Kohi Mero (2010), and Dasdhunga (2010). After a hiatus from films, she returned and appeared in Nai Nabhunga La 3 (2015), Radha (2016), Hajar Juni Sharma (2019) and Ma Rajesh Hamal (2022). In 2010, she was awarded the Best Film Actress from the National Film Award for her role in Chhodi gaye Paap Lagla.
