Dr. Balasandilyan

Dr. Balasandilyan has a Ph.D. in Psychology & a Graduate Diploma in Training and development apart from several diplomas in various streams, a Graduate in Psychotherapy & counseling and a Postgraduate in Education Management, US Certified NLP MasterPractitioner, and TA101 Certified. He has started a small training & consulting firm in Chennai, India, after having had an experience of over 30 years in HR. He has been hosting many programs for the Educational Institutions in South India.

He has been conducting FDP regularly for Colleges in Chennai and across Tamil Nadu. He has experience in the Learning and development sector over one and a half decades. Has undergone exclusive training (from the US) to become a Transformation Coach and can coach anyone across the Globe on a one-to-one basis. Balasandilyan has trained over a lakh employees (workers, supervisors, and Managers). He has addressed over 30000 students (by visiting more than 80 colleges all over Tamil Nadu) on soft skills and entrepreneurship.

He has trained over 10000 women in entrepreneurship. Moreover, Balasandilyan has done a lot of training programs for the Government of Tamil Nadu. He is also the Master Trainer for the Government of Tamil Nadu and to date Has conducted several public workshops in Chennai and outside Chennai (TN and Andhra Pradesh). His name has been appearing in the famous people of Tamil Nadu Directory for the past 25 years. He is also a prolific writer & poet in Tamil, having published anthologies of poems and several self-development books.

He has also contributed widely through almost all private Tamil television channels (over 300 times), Doordarshan and All India Radio. He also has done an exclusive program on Human Psychology in Doordarshan for over 70 episodes and on Youth empowerment on Vendhar TV Private Channel – for over 60 episodes and in Radio Mirchi (32 episodes) and print media in almost all leading magazines including the Hindu, Dinathanthi, etc. He has been honored with cultural titles such as Vidya Ratna, Sathanaiyalar, and Palkalai Kalaignar.
