Shan Karuppusamy

Shan Karuppusamy is a talented  Tamil writer, architect, poet, novelist, and screenplay writer. His birth year is 1976. His mother is K. Parvathi. Karuppusamy is from Thiruvenkatampalayam, and his father is P. Karuppusamy, a farmer from Thalakkarai Pudhur Village, Perundurai. He is from Perundurai, Erode district, Tamil Nadu. Shan graduated from in Architecture from  Adhiyamaan College of Engineering. In 2003, he married to Pradeepa. After education, Shan worked as an architect for a few years and switched to information technology. He is a Senior Director of Technology at Origin Learning Solutions in Guindy, Chennai.

His notable work as a writer is the novel Vettaattam(2017), a collection of poems in  Viral Munai Kadavul (2014) and iL (2015). His short stories are published in Tamil magazine  Ananda Vikatan, Kalki,  Kanaiyazhi, and Uyirmai. He has also written  technical books like Androidin Kathai (2016), a collection of articles on the Android Operating System, and Naalai Ulagam (2017), a weekly online article on science and technology published in minnambalam.com.

His collection of articles is in the book Ethirolikkum Araikal (2017).
