Pallavi Vinoth

Born and raised in Chennai, India, Pallavi Vinoth is a well-known playback singer. She is the daughter of very famous Tamil playback singer S.N. Surendar, who has contributed his voice to more than 500 songs for music directors, including Illayaraja, and has performed with legends like S. Janaki, K.S. Chitra, Vani Jayaram, SPB, and Mano. The younger brother of Pallavi, Hari Prashanth (Viraaj), is also a performer and musician. Pallavi only has one daughter, Kavani, and the three of them live in Dubai. Her dad's sister has a son, the renowned Tamil film actor Vijay Ilya Thalaipathi. S.A. Chandrasekhar, her uncle, is a well-known director, and Shobha Chandrasekhar is a prominent playback and semi-classical vocalist.

Pallavi began professional musical study at a very young age at the Swaralaya music school in Chennai, where she spent eight years studying. She studied classical singing with well-known music instructors before competing on the hit reality series Super Singer in the Middle East and winning. For Chutti TV (a Sun TV station) and Cartoon Network Tamil, Pallavi collaborated with Cartoon Network to translate the Tamil screenplay and dub children's cartoons. Also, she has performed several jingles for SV Ramanan Productions' radio and television commercials.

Pallavi has always had a deep love for music. When she was barely two or three years old, she performed her first song, "Yamunai Aatrile," in front of everyone. Overall, Pallavi Vinoth is a gifted vocalist who has established herself in the music industry. She continues to serve as motivation for a lot of new artists who aspire to be successful in this field.
