O S Arun is an Indian Vocalist who has done various albums and singles in the Tamil classical music industry. Arun’s actual name is O.S. Vaidyanathan. His family has a musical background, and he was trained in music, saying it to be their Parivar Parampara. His first music teacher was his father, Vidwan O.V. Subramaniam. Later he got a proper training in classical music from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya and from the Delhi University, where he did diploma in classical music.
Arun has been invited to sing in several big platforms such as India International Centre, the India Habitat Centre, the Vishnu Digambar Festival, the Rasika Ranjani Sabha, Calcutta, the Krishna Gana Sabha, and United Nations. Arun has also been honored with several national and international awards.
