Medha Bhattacharya is an Indian Television Actress and a model. She was born as well as brought up in Kolkata. She completed her studies in Kolkata. Earlier she was least interested in acting and modeling. But she used to dance and perform on stage. One day a family friend asked her to try for modeling, but initially, she rejected. But soon, her manager got another audition for her for which she finally came to Mumbai. The audition was successful, and she got the role.
She debuted with Peninsula Pictures Zee TV show ‘Vishkanya… Ek Anokhi Prem Kahani’ as Tapur, which is a Bengali character. She is closer to her father and considers him to be the reason for her success. He never let her worry about anything else and asks her to maintain her focus. She is the only child in her family. Although her schedule is very hectic, she enjoys working hard and just goes with the flow.
