Sana Zulfiqar

Sana Zulfiqar is a famous Pakistani singer who mainly sings in Urdu. She was born on 31st October 1994 in Lahore, Pakistan. She comes from a non-musical background as she's the only singer in her family. She trained herself in the discipline of music at a very young age. She is famously known for participating in the reality program Pakistan Idol in 2013, where she came from the Lahore auditions and officially started her music career. She was one of the 13 finalists in the show. Her performances were heavily praised by the judges and the audience. She gained a massive rise in her popularity after being a part of Pakistan Idol.

She appeared in a music video for the first time with Qasim Dahir for the song Meri Rooh. This music video was directed by Hassan Abbar Rai, and the lyrics were written by Qasim Dahir and his brother Xafar Dahir. The song was widely popular amongst viewers. Sana works as a playback singer, live performer, and composer. Before the Pakistan Idol, she has been a playback singer for many TV serials for various television channels and has also performed in many morning shows, like Geo's Utho Jago Geo. She has sung two songs with the legendary Ustaad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.
