A censor board is a committee which certifies whether a motion is liable to be publicised amongst the viewers or not. The board consists of non-official members and a chairperson and operates with its headquarters at Mumbai. The technique of certification is by The Cinematographic Act, 1952. Some films stand up to the expectations of the board, whereas others break life and thus remain as a dream yet to be fulfilled, because of its harsh language, explicit content, suggestive scenes, gender discrimination, Kashmir issues and so on and so forth. 1. Mohalla Assi (2016)

The drama is based on such a similar incident, whereby a Kashmiri boy dreams to achieve heights by playing football and thus intends to travel abroad for the same.
