debate. But IIFA came as a welcome change in his schedule and the 42-year-old actor flew along with his two kids Hrehaan and Hridaan to Spain’s capital city of Madrid. The 4-day long 17th edition of IIFA was held in Madrid this year and it was a star studded affair. The weekend was well spent by the Roshans and was followed by a change of plans. Instead of taking a flight to India, Hrithik flew his kids to Africa for a short vacation. While coming back from there, they were supposed to catch a connecting flight at the Ataturk Airport in Istanbul. Unfortunately, the Roshans missed the flight but the Krrish actor didn’t wait long and flew back to India on the very next air plane. Hours later, what happened at the Istanbul airport yesterday is known to all. Hrithik took to Twitter late last night to share this story. He and his sons luckily escaped the terror attacks at the airport that killed over 36 and injured many. He also expressed his gratitude for the airport staff and his grief over the incident.
