The film is about the drug abuse in Punjab.
Recently released teaser shows the title of the film in the form of powdered letters, which indicates drugs that are considered as the main antagonist in the film.
The teaser ends with “Drugs Di Maa Di.”
It opposes the drugs that are the main evil, which destroys the society.
An Official trailer will be released on 16th April.
Shahid plays as “Gabroo” and Kareena plays Dr. Shivani.
Diljit, the Punjabi Super Star makes his debut in Bollywood through Udta Punjab.
The film is set for the theatrical release on 17th June.
