Which is why the news about Kamal-Amala teaming up again in director T. K. Rajeev Kumar’s film has created such noise. 

Apart from the excited audience, Amala herself is gung-ho about the project, and she talked about it to a leading film news website.  Amala says that she plays a cameo in the movie, and she cannot reveal if she will be Kamalji’s pair in the flick. 

“Working with Kamal is an exciting experience as he puts his heart and soul into the making of the film. Even in her early days in cinemas, he had supported her a lot in Pesum Padam. All this is unforgettable. The film is a Tamil-Malayalam bilingual”, says the lovely lass with undiminished beauty. 

She jumped at the opportunity to work with Kamal again when the Ulaganayagan rang her up. She is always ready to work in Tamil films, but she leads a busy life as the director of a media school located in Hyderabad, as an animal welfare activist and, of course, has her hands full with her personal life. 

She had recently done a Tamil tele-series Uyirmei om a for which she came to Chennai for ten days a month, and the audience well received this serial.
