But, Silambarasan, who wrote the lyrics and sang the song, did not appear before the Police in Coimbatore. Anirudh visited the station late night along with his lawyer and completed all the formalities, requested by the police. Later, he posted on his official social networking page, "Hello all! As required of me, I have reported to the Police of Coimbatore in person and given my statement. Thanks to the fans and everyone for your love and support." As Silambarasan didn’t appear, people’s anger will shoot up for sure, says the Kollywood insider.
