Released on the occasion of Diwali in 1991, ‘Gunaa’ is a movie about a psychiatric patient, who is besotted by a girl, and thinks of her as the incarnation of a local deity. The film was not a blockbuster commercially, but it later acquired a cult status. ‘Manjummel Boys’ is the story of a journey to Gunaa’s Cave, one of the shooting spots of the film.
