Although the factory owners follow the necessary safety techniques, they couldn’t avoid fire accidents. Yes, we mean to say the accidents in fireworks factories. Today, in an accident in a Fireworks factory, five people were killed. Three among the five are women. The accident happened in Nagamalli Fireworks Industry, Vetrilayoorani, Sivakasi. For the past few days, the production had been stopped. Today, the factory started its regular operation. The unexpected accident killed Paul Raj, Shanmugavel, Vijaya and Murugeshwari. As the building is completely demolished, it is feared that the death toll could rise. Fire service people and revenue department officials are involved in the recovery process.
