The Chennai Corporation Commissioner warns the people, who place the banners disturbing the public. If banners are placed breaking the rules, the person will be sentenced to imprisonment for a year or should have to pay a fine of Rs 5000 or both.  Besides this, the permitted banners should have the name of the printing press, permit number, the length and the width of the banner. So, people, get permission from the Chennai Corporation Commissioner office, before placing the banners in public.
