While talking about this film in an official press statement, Producer Gnanavel Raja said that the idea of this humour filled horror story appealed to him and the change of title from Jinn to Darling 2 was easily accepted. “I am sure that this film will also be a ‘Darling (2)’ of the masses”, he said.
