, who was a part of Urumeen, which was released recently, is quite happy about it. She is looking out for roles with substance and says that the audience of today welcomes different films, and so an actress must stay updated. Reshmi wants to be known more like an actress who knows to act rather than as just another heroine.
Earlier films were made more for entertainment, but now, Reshmi says that the new wave in Indian cinema has made people more aware, and they want realistic films. Reshmi does like commercial films also though she believes the intelligence of the audience should not be tested.
Reshmi is waiting for a break in Mollywood but says she has no contacts there.
