” contested in this constituency. Padmaja was complained about favoring ADMK. But, no action was taken against her, even though a complaint was made against her in Election Commission. When Padmaja was appointed again in the by-poll, the political parties raised their voices saying that Padmaja might favor the ruling party. That is the reason, why she was replaced by Praveen Nair. DMK MPs, RS Bharathi, TKS Ilangovan and Trichy Siva met the Chief Election Commissioner of India, Nasim Zaidi and gave a petition on 16th March. In the petition, they complained about her and hence the replacement. It is expected that many more changes are expected in the coming days, as there are complaints launched on some more officers. We have to wait and watch!
