On 21st January 2019, a woman’s hands and legs were found in the Perungudi garbage. The police inquired the case and had finally found out the murderer and the reason for the murder. The dead woman is Sandhya and she is from Thoothukudi. Her husband is Balakrishnan, who had contested in the Producer Council election. Balakrishnan is said to have stated that he killed his wife, as she had some illegal contacts.
Balakrishnan also stated that she had gone out of the house five times, despite his advice. As she didn’t change her character, Balakrishnan murdered her. The inquiry is going on and he is said to have given the details where he threw her body parts. The hip and thigh parts are found in Jabarkhanpet.
