” and many more leading stars in Telugu and Kannada film industry, passed away today. He died due to some age-related illness. Rajendran started his career as an assistant director in the year 1963 with the Hindi film Dil Ek Mandir. In 1967, he made his directorial debut with Anubavam Pudhumai. His last film in Tamil came in the year 1989 with Sathyaraj, Chinnappadass. He had also produced a couple of films among which one of them is with Sivaji, Saroja Devi and Thalapathy “
