” has been making rounds inside and outside the Parapana Agrahara Prison freely. A video footage of Sasikala returning from shopping is viral on the internet. DIG Roopa complained about this and now she has been transferred to the Transport Department. DIG Roopa said that if she had seen Sasikala roaming freely in the jail, the consequences would have been severe. Following the complaints by Roopa, Sasikala is said to have been receiving the food given to the prisoners.
MLA Thanga Tamil Selvan said that there is no need to bring Sasikala to Tamilnadu. He also stated that there are no perversities in Bangalore Prison regarding the facilities to Sasikala. He also requested the central government to hear and solve the problems of the farmers.
