is one among the noted actresses in the field of Indian cinema. She debuted as a child artiste in her father Kamal Haasan’s movie Devar Magan. Now, she is a known actress and a singer in the field of Indian cinema. She has done role in movie Singam 3 starring Surya. Following that she is doing movie Sangamitra which is sure to win much acclaim to her. Sangamitra is a directorial venture by Sundar. C. She underwent training for some martial arts in the movie. Reportedly, the movie schedules were to begin soon. But, for reasons not known Shruti Haasan exited from the movie.
Following that she did the schedules for her father Kamal Haasan’s Sabash Naidu which is being made simultaneously. But, halfway through the movie, the schedules have come to a standstill. Also, Shruti Haasan starrers in Telugu and Hindi have been released. Reportedly, Shruti Haasan is not into any movie as of now. Now, she has refuted the reports that she is into a Kannada movie. Thus, it is known that Shruti Haasan has given a small break.
