Shruti Mahajan, a Jaipur bred Casting Director is relatively new to this arena. Shruti has around two and a half years invested in the industry and has already been applauded for her work by many. 
It was Sameer Sharma who was convinced that Shruti needed to be in the Bollywood industry somehow and saw something in her. He later gave her first Yash Raj opportunity in YRF itself as an Assistant Casting Director. Shruti had a contract of one year with YRF and had already got the taste of Bollywood, and her knack to cast the spot on faces grew tremendously. Married to Cinematographer Sachin Krishn, Shruti turned a new leaf and got acquainted with the eat-breathe-live cinema lifestyle. She successfully holds her own Casting agency today.

Addressing issues about the role of Casting Director in a movie, Shruti says that there is only so much you can do as a CD. One can only suggest and find a fresh face and discuss them with the director. She can, up to the maximum influence her opinions about an actor to the Director, the final call is the Director. She ultimately has to respect what a Director needs. Shruti enjoys her work to the fullest and like every other CD, she too wishes to launch fresh faces into the industry as she says it her small way of contributing to the world of Cinema.

The founder of Dharma Production, Yash Johar was born on 6 September 1929 in Amritsar. 

He was married to Hiroo Johar and is the father of the well known Bollywood director and producer Karan Johar. This legend started his career with Sunil Dutt’s production house “Ajanta House” in 1952 and since then, he has delivered one hit film after another. His name has been associated with famous films like ‘Mujhe Jeene Do’ which released in 1963 and ‘Ye Raste hai Pyaar Ke’ in which the famous Sunil Dutt performed as an actor. His banner, ’Dharma Production’ was launched in 1976. The first film produced under this banner was Dostana which became an instant hit. Caesar Gonsalves is a very famous Indian choreographer who works as a duo with Bosco Martis. Caesar was born on 23 February 1973 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Both of them are famously known as Bosco-Caesar. Caesar is also the part owner of the Bosco-Caesar Dance Company, which has branches across including Mumbai and Kolkata. Caesar completing his secondary education at St. Joseph’s School in Juhu and his graduation from Mithibai College in 1990. Caesar started his career as a backup dancer for ace choreographer Farah Khan. Caesar is a fan of hip-hop dancing style. During one of his dance shoot, Prahlad Kakkar found him talented and asked him to choreograph for the commercials which included the star batsman Sachin Tendulkar. Caesar finds Prabhudeva as the best dancer with whom Caesar has worked in the industry. Caesar made his debut as a choreographer with the film Mission Kashmir in 2000. Ganesh Acharya is an Indian choreographer, who is mainly seen in Hindi films. His father Gopi was also a choreographer in Bollywood. When Ganesh Acharya was ten years old, his father died. His sister was at Cuttack and he went there and learnt basic dance from his sister. Later, he joined as an assistant to Kamalji, the famous choreographer. At the young age of 12, he started his own dance troupe. Anaam was his first film as a choreographer. It was released in 1992 and Ganesh Acharya was 21 years, when he became a choreographer for films.

Indian choreographer Vijay Ganguly, who was born in 1980, is best known for his work on the films Jagga Jasoos (2017), Andhadhun (2018), Stree (2018), and Love Aaj Kal (2018). (2020). For the song "Galti Se Mistake" in Jagga Jasoos, he also won the 2018 Zee Cine Awards for Best Choreography and the 2017 International Indian Film Academy Award for Best Choreography, he received the 2018 Filmfare Award for Best Choreography. His father, director Anil Ganguly, gave birth to Vijay Ganguly in 1980. He is Rupali Ganguly, an actress,' younger brother. As a young actor, Vijay Ganguly appeared in a few movies like Saaheb (1985), Sadak Chhap (1987), and Dushman Devta (1991). As an assistant choreographer, he began his career in 2005 with the movie Bunty Aur Babli. Subsequently, he worked as an assistant choreographer on movies like Taare Zameen Par (2007), Yuvvraaj (2008), and Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol (2011).

Aki Narula was a Fashion Designer born in Kolkata in 1968. He studied in La Martiniere School in Calcutta. He finished schooling in 1987. He studied Commerce at the St. Xavier’s College in Kolkata. He designed Clothes for College Plays, Rock Concerts, and College Fests in College. He worked as a management trainee for ten months with the Lintas group. He then went to study Communication Course at the Arizona State University. He then came back and worked in a cost accountancy program in 1992. But his passion for designing made him abandon his Accounting and Management jobs.

Adil Hussain is a prominent Indian television, film and stage actor who predominantly works in the Hindi and art house cinema. He was born on October 5, 1963 in Goalpara, Assam in India, where he was also brought up by his father, who works as a teacher. He used to join school plays and left home when he was eighteen years old to take philosophy course at B. Borooah College in Guwahati. Adil started acting in plays as a stand-up comedian. He used to mimic well-known Bollywood actors in between the Bhaya Mama Group’s (a local stand-up comedian group) performances. He has been a stand-up comedian for six years until he participated in a mobile theatre and worked in some local cinemas. After that, he moved to Delhi and studied at the National School of Drama from the year 1990 to 1993. He had been under the Charles Wallace India Trust Scholarship when he attended the Drama Studio London in Ealing.
