Shruti Hassan is an Indian film actress born on 28 January 1986 to the veteran Tamil actor Kamal Hassan and Sarika. Her original birth name is Shruti Rajalakshmi Hassan. Shruti Hassan studied at Abacus in Chennai and later on moved to Mumbai to study Psychology. She has a younger sister Akshara Hassan. Shruti Hassan is well known for her singing and acting skills in kollywood, tollywood and bollywood.She entered into films as a child artist in her father’s film HEY RAM. She was born on 15th January 1985 and was brought up by Hindu Punjabi – Kashmir Pandit family.She pursued her education at London University where she did B.Sc(honors). Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty is an Indian classical vocalist. Ajoy was born in Kolkata, West Bengal. Khan went to St. Columba’s School in Delhi where he topped in studies and sports like football and hockey, where he got the Sword of Honour Award, a school’s highest award. He acted in several stage plays and gained praises for mimicking Bollywood actors like Amitabh Bachchan and Mumtaz. Delhi Ganesh is one of the veteran Tamil actors, born on August 1, 1944. He worked in Food Corporation of India (FCI) between 1964 and 1974. Because of his interest towards films, he dropped his job. He is a Delhi drama group member of Dakshina Bharata Nataka Sabha (DBNS) and the reason why he is called as, Delhi Ganesh. He was presented by Mr. K. Balachander (1976- Pattana Pravesham). In a span of three decades, he completed more than 400 films. Mostly he portrays supporting roles like, father or comedian and a notable villain thing in the film Apporva Sagodharargal.
He has a son named, Shyam Ganesh. Delhi Ganesh appeared in more than 400 movies and 16 TV serials. His notable serial includes, Marmadesam, a thriller-drama TV series in Tamil and Veettukku Veedu Lootty. Born on 19th May 1938, Girish Raghunath Karnad is a multi-faceted artiste; he is not only an actor, but also a writer, director and playwright. He has mainly worked in South Indian films. He was awarded the Jnanpith Award during 1998; this award is the highest literary recognition in India. Girish Karnad has been working on plays for around 40 years. His subject of interest is mythology and history. He has also done translation of his plays into English language. Moreover, his translated plays in regional languages were directed by many directors. 

During the 60s Karnad was an outstanding playwright and Kannada world witnessed Modern Indian playwrighting through him. Kannada literature was carried away by the Western literature during the time when Karnad stepped into writing plays. Here, then Karnad used historical and mythological sources to handle contemporary issues. “Yayati”, his first play, condemns life’s ironies with the help of characters in Mahabharata. This new theme got immediate response and was much appreciated. Another play of his, Tughlaq, made Karnad as one of the worthy playwrights to look out for.

Naseeruddin Shah is an experimental actor and associated with theater. He had treated art-cinema as his serious endeavor requiring the dedication, discipline, and integrity. Throughout his career, he subjected his own acting to a process of rigorous artistic self-analysis and reflection. He was the discovery of filmmaker Shyam Benegal, who introduced actors like Shabana, Om Puri, Smita Patil and others in the Indian cinema. If he was known for his personality and his unconventional roles in the movies, he proved the world that he could handle any kind of role with an envious ease with the TV series ‘Kakkaji Kaheen’ and ‘Sutradhaar’ where he did comedy characters. He was honoured by the government of India with Padma Shri award and he also received ‘Order of The British Empire’. He is currently working for the movie ‘Chapekar Brothers’ in which he will be playing Bal Gangadhar Tilak.

This movie was release in the year 2013 and was declared as a hit. It also received good reviews and was marked as a good family entertainer and a romantic movie. This is a debut movie for both the actors in Telugu movies. While Raj Tarun had made short films before, his dream was to be a director. However, the makers of the movie convinced him to play the lead role as it was apt for him. Avika Gor is a famous actress in one of the leading TV Soaps, ‘Balika Vadhu’ and she was asked to come in for an audition and was selected for the female lead of this movie. It was Nagarjuna who advised Ram Mohan to case new actors in the movie and famous producer D.Suresh Babu also agreed to what Nagarjuna had suggested and hence the characters were played by new actors.

After the release of the movie, Ram Mohan was in full praise of Nagarjuna stating that Nagarjuna gave him the respect and freedom to make this movie and waited patiently for the final product. He also states that Nagarjuna spots new talent and promotes them very well and never hesitates to work with them.

On 24th November 2022, Vikram Gokhale was admitted to a private hospital in Pune for various health issues. His health deteriorated and he died at the hospital on 26th November 2022.

Yechan Gunja Mahendran or famously known as Y.G.Mahendran was born as Y. Gee Mahendra on January 9, 1950 at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
