Plot
The city of Chennai is shaken up by a series of murders. All the murder victims are found dead with their eyes gouged out. The police department is perplexed by the murders. Therefore, CBI steps in and the CBI officer assigned to the murder cases is played by Natarajan Subramaniam. But the murders are not so straightforward; in his investigation, Natarajan discovers that he gang involved in cloning humans is behind the murders. The film follows Natarajan Subramaniam as he probes deeper into the affairs of the gang to discover their motive.
Star Performance
Natarajan Subramaniam’s stellar performance is one of the few saving graces of the film. Natarajan entirely submerses himself into the role of the smart, brooding officer.
Analysis
The film fails to execute its premise as a crime thriller because the film fails to maintain its pace and tone. The film’s dark tone is disrupted ever so often with failed attempts to introduce humor with Munishkanth’s character.
